Our customer’s satisfaction comes first in everything that we do. If you are unhappy with your order, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of shipping or a replacement of the frame itself within 1 year of purchase*.
- Contact Forever Glasses by phone (1-888-367-7107), email (email@example.com), or live chat to obtain your return authorization number.
- Send your glasses back including the original packaging as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your package has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation of full refund to your account and/or your replacement frame will be sent.
Be sure to keep the following in mind when returning your items:
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning glasses.

*One time replacement of each frame/order. Replacement doesn’t apply to any Oakley products.
**When exchanging a frame please note that the customer will be charged for the difference in price in case the frame is of a higher value . In case the customer chooses a replacement frame for a lesser value he/she will be entitled for a store credit of the price difference.
